We accept bulk orders for souvenir/reselling/fundraising purposes. Please allow lead production time of at least 2 weeks.

Payment & ShippingTo lessen both our carbon footprints, a minimum purchase of Php99 is required for us to process your order. Payment methods accepted:
- Paypal for credit and debit cards
- Bank Deposits through BPI - payments should be settled within 3 days of purchase. QR code for mobile transfers will be provided upon request.
- Mobile Payments via GCash - send your payments via the GCash app
- COD - only available for Metro Manila orders; please provide the exact amount for the courier

BLITZDELIVERY or LALAMOVE/GRAB
We ship nationwide via BlitzDelivery. Location and availability permitting, we can also send your orders via Lalamove or Grab Delivery from our headquarters. For Lalamove/Grab, we may ask you to shoulder the difference in shipping fees.
All of our items are carefully packaged for shipping with reused boxes and recyclable materials. However, we may, from time to time and depending on current weather conditions, package your items in a thick, reusable ziplock bag to protect them.
For couriers aside from BlitzDelivery, some packaging may be non-biodegradable. We ask you to please reuse the plastic bags or use them as fillers for your ecobricks.
Order Turnaround Time
We only ship during weekdays (excluding holidays). Since we are based outside Metro Manila, please allow 3-7 days working days for your order to arrive.
BlitzDelivery automatically updates recipients of their package status and confirms if their delivery address is correct.
Make sure to open your package in the presence of the courier. In the rare case that you receive your orders damaged, please email us within 24 hours of item receipt with photos and description of the state of your package when it arrived. Please note your courier's full name and send it to us so we can make the proper report.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. Should you have a concern with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why are your prices so low?
By making our pricing inclusive and our products attainable, everyone can be part of our advocacies - our passion for the handmade and the locally formulated, our love for animals by rejecting laboratory testing, and our respect for the planet by using recyclable and reusable packaging. We want everyone to experience the best quality products at prices they can afford.
Are your cosmetics cruelty-free?
Yes! Our products are never tested on animals.
Are your products locally produced?
All of our handmade products are crafted in the Philippines with ingredients that are sourced from all over the world.
Are your products vegan?
Unfortunately, not all. While we have never tested our products on animals, some of our cosmetics do contain beeswax.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. However, even though our products are made with natural ingredients, some people may still be allergic. We recommend patch testing and should an allergic reaction occur, to discontinue use and seek medical advice.
How do I care for my Matenara products?
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they need extra care to maintain their efficacy. Do not expose them to high heat, direct sunlight, or any other compromising conditions.
