Iced Jelly Soy Latté

Needed a bit of a boost one afternoon so I made this drink in the Starbucks Cold Cup. Shortcuts are essential when you're working and caring for a demanding geriatric fluffball at the same time ;)

FYI, this drink is inspired by Fujiwara Tofu Cafe's Fujiwara Slush which I was lucky to try at 626 Night Market in Santa Anita Park, Arcadia, California.

Oh yes, I kept the cup ;)

Soy Jelly Iced Latté

2 teaspoons instant coffee granules

2 tablespoons sugar (or less, if you don't want it too sweet)

4 tablespoons grass jelly, chopped

1 bottle Vitamilk Energy

lots of ice

Dissolve coffee and sugar in some hot water.

Start building your drink by filling the Starbucks Venti Cold Cup with ice and adding the grass jelly.

Pour your coffee-sugar mixture over the ice.

Add one bottle of Vitamilk Energy to the mixture.

Enjoy for the rest of the afternoon!

The Vitamilk makes this drink very filling so this also counted as my merienda ;)

Ps. This tastes just like the popular coffee jelly desserts out there!
